i strongly recomend wait 6 months, not so much to buy in 6 months but i think there is a good chance that the future will be a lot clearer to read by then..
house prices boomed from everyone investing in housing.. that demand that created the shortage i think will act as a over supply when they start exiting, combined with other forced sales and fewer people buying.
the fact is property cant go any higher now, at this level it caused a recession, any higher and it goes out of peoples buying power.. so there is no chance you will "miss the boat" like all these bulls make out.
