    So what do we have before us in terms of short term news flow..

    Big one is finalization of funding and off take agreement by sqzg to be completed no later than 30 June pending due diligence. But given entered jv I reckon this has already been agreed (as otherwise jv annoucment would not make much sense) and matter of having final paperwork finalized.
