Easy ribs:
Marinate the following for 1 hours or more:
Four servings of ribs.
1 litre water.
½ cup rice wine.
2 tablespoons rock salt.
2 tablespoons soy.
2 tablespoons worcester.
¼ dozen jumpier berries.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber also with some wet wood chips.
When almost done toss in some rub.
Brown.
Serve with eta bbq sauce.
