mmm think about a family of 4 or 5 - and two eggs each in the morning (or whenever) and after experimenting a bit with the timing - always getting the eggs just right - ie just set and forget ..(one month expiry) 700gm caged eggs the other day at $2/dozen ... before that it was a couple of dozen of close to expiry free range 600 gm eggs at $2/dozen ...(humans, fish, whatever) look like wanton spendthrifts

My eggs are $5.90 per a dozen. Two eggs each morning is not wise eating. Expect a very high cholesterol level and too much fat.
