Unfortunately this thread has been hijacked - the most important discussion is that the underwritten amount is on top of amounts raised by shareholders, obviously capping out at $11m.
So if $3m is subscribed, then the total CR will be $7m.
The $4m is the strategic amount that will allow Triton to finalise the DFS, including Ancuabe resource definition.
Me thinks there's some smoke and mirrors, and I'll informer investors venting here.
