Hi Rats, I have actually enjoyed the discussion as it has been carried out without any agenda, apart from the odd snide comment from those easily ignored. As I say, hope I am wrong, just don't get the need for that clause if I am wrong.
And yes there are some quite knowledgeable people from elsewhere who have also implied a similar reading, so I will be in some quite illustrious company if my interpretation is incorrect.
