Hey Bazz, basically if massive sulphide (say 6%Ni) is a 10 then I'd rate the others as follows:

Matrix (basically inter-connected sulphides filling space between other minerals) probably 4%Ni - 7.5/10

Strong disseminated - about 15-20% sulphide and running say 1.5 - 2%Ni - 4/10

Weak disseminate - 5% sulphide running 0.8%Ni maybe 2/10

It's all relative but it's not - a 2/10 for weak disseminated is not worth only 20% of massive sulphide in a geological sense because it's often a vector into something bigger and better.

(personally I'd give massive sulphide a 15/10 :-) )
