I work as an insurance repair builder and inspector, so am exposed to the entire range of insurance companies and how well they work when you need them and how happy policyholders are after their claim has been processed. Without doubt the 2 best insurance companies are RAC and WFI. Yes I know they are the most expensive but should you need to claim you will have made the smart choice. If you simply can't afford their premiums i suggest QBE as the best of the cheaper options. They won't make decisions fast but its usually the right decision nonetheless.
