    Historically speaking this licence has doubled the share price for other companies. That's why I used to expect a doubling of the price and I'm sure that is what the rest are basing the assumption on. The fact it is a ticket to revenue is probably what has done it for other companies. Do you have any research or evidence of outdoor growing being superior?
