Not sure you will get one that nabs 'everything'. I'm using ESET and it's pretty good but I also recommend Kaspersky. I still use malwarebytes to get the leftovers plus Hitman Pro for the all the stuff that MWB doesn't get but you only need to do that once every couple of months or so..unless you have teenagers in the house, then once a week is probably a good idea. Occasionally I do a scan with TDDS killer as well.
