Thanks guys for the feedback. Misty, was using Norton internet security. Have elected to go with Trend: touch wood. Have had a thit of a time because everything crashed when backing up computer. Techs at Lenovo couldn't get it going but internet advice got me onto bios stuff on F2 and 8, and got it all going. A new computer again. Yeha! Got I hate being tech illiterate. Cheers jwt
