    crunched some back of the envelope numbers with limited info

    all scenarios based on 50:50 debt:equity financing

    trouble for CPL is at $2 per share capital raising for CAPEX, it only earns 27 cents EPS

    so best price for CAPEX capital raising is $1.20, where investors can earn 24 cents EPS or 100% return on their investment

    shows, imo, CPL is over valued at the moment
