If you guys are right about potentially huge resource upgrade, there is nothing extraordinary for BCI SP to go the way of IOH. Is there ?
Interestingly, a research paper by DJ Carmichael says the 50% FMG gets from BCI for the JV is actually very fair given the cost of procesing, freight, port handling...etc.
Some who ignored my advice earlier are now regretting having bailed out of BCI after some good gains last year.
My other objective of holding onto BCI shares is that it may just be the backdoor way of getting more FMG shares (on very favourable terms in a future merger).
