the SP increase has probably not much to do with the capital raise but more to do with the new board and their presentation last Friday. The SP was so heavily pushed down (still is) so good news work like a spring. Doesn't say anything about how the new board will actually perform, rather what the SP is reflecting at this stage is a hope that Appen might have a future after all.
