Pull up a chart a weekly chart on PMC and put a top and bottom trend line on it ,you can see the rising trend since mid 1999 at the moment it is sitting well and truly at the bottom of the up trend line
RSI is coming up through 30 (oversold) also looks like it is forming a bullish triangle .
