I am still in the red unfortunately and didn’t average down when we were around $7. So I won’t be doing any selling. The fact that the company has plenty more on market buying to do is a good insurance policy during the market issues we are seeing. It soaks up plenty of the sell lines. Hopefully any big fish who are exiting will not have too much of an impact on dwindling down the share price further. I am hoping that the US dollar begins to reverse and crash down to reality from its highs. Then the gold price should get going. Either that or mass liquidity heading to precious metals and other investments as property crashes. These are the 2 catalysts that will finally get the gold price going imo. A lot of people thought the interest rate rises would come to a halt soon and that would help the gold price, but after Powell’s comments saying that there are a lot more rate rises ahead, I think we can safely say this won’t be the case any time soon. It’s unfortunate that the market doesn’t price us on AUD gold because that is still relatively strong and as the financial updates are showing, we are still making good coin.
