I went in believing gold would be a safe haven in bad times, we had bad times and gold failed to follow the usual rule.
It may be that NST goes forward strongly from here but after experiencing a 30% fall on a 6 figure investment I'm more than happy to take 4% after the miracle of recovery from that position to break even.
I'll watch for another opportunity but with recession forecast for next year I'll be cautious,
