I find rubbing feet on grass as the best way of reviving self - with also a swim in the pool and a lemoncello spritz...
But back to NST - with gold down in AUD and US by 1% overnight the market has taught me to expect pullbacks in Oz producers to be anywhere between 2.5% to 5%. And sometimes when that continues and gets into oversold territory a profitable trade can sometimes be found outside core holdings.
