By no means do I think ST investing/trading is the best way to make real money.

Theres a couple of things successful LT investors like yourself have in common.

Firstly, patience. That whole time in the market over timing the market will work out for 99% of investors of they do a little DD.

Secondly, most investors who've seen outsized LT returns had cash at the bottom of cycles.

Whether that was lows in commodity cycles or just market cycles in general. If you have cash to deploy when everyone one else is dumping good companies for pennies then that cash and courage will be rewarded.

That was more the point was making.

Your cash will work much better for you if you're putting it to work at the cheaper end of the spectrum and NST does follow POG so having targets to accumulate along the way is probably better than just throwing money at something cause you have it.

After all, most of us can only dream of having entries like yours in our LT holds. So a little homework and managing funds may just give the rest of us those opportunities.

As for the manipulators, they can work for or against you.

Share prices can get pushed to way over bought or oversold levels. Can pay to recognize both...
