In an environment of escalating unrest in Gaza that has seen gold in USD take a huge jump overnight, the AUD has dropped, and gold in AUD is now at an all-time high, isn't it interesting to see Aussie Goldies smashed 3-4% yesterday - where do our markets take their lead from where they can't seem to see past the end of their nose? It will be very interesting to see the response to Aussie Gold stocks at market open on Monday - it should be 'lift off' for premier Goldies, but we'll see shall we. When you have the likes of State Street playing around on the registers of companies like EVN, anything can happen, and it may have little to do with market fundamentals.
