The Chinese stock market is in trouble, and also the property market is in trouble. They’ve got a real problem in China. This is interesting because in December the withdrawals from the Shanghai Gold Exchange were 271 tonnes. That’s the second highest on record! The highest was 285.5 tonnes in July 2015 (near the $1,050 low for the gold market).
Gold will not move due to the geo's grams per tonne, it is going to move due to financial and geo-political storms! All you can do is take your positions, and then go fishing!
