Buy Backs have have guideline prices. You cant just go out and buy 100M of your own shares at $6.00 per share. You can only buy at prices that are set by bounds of the ASX. Therefore stock is limited to buy on any given day.
May I also return that we are heading towards 2M OZ per annum in 2026 and this expansion needed bank facilities and bank facilities require hedging.
