I think your range is too short. Maybe you're better off looking at 3 month 6 month 12 month time frames where gold and silver have appreciated considerably. I don't think any of the gold miners have been rewarded for such sharp rise in the gold price. The companies that show they can keep costs right own will outperform. At the moment many have lower share prices than when was $500 or $600 per oz lower.
