Yes I really can't explain the underperformance of the NST SP lately, relative to it's peers.
Looking at today after gold surged overnight back to almost new high, almost all gold miners are up 3% to 4% (e.g NEM, EVN, BGL), and NST barely up a paltry 1%.
I just can't make sense of why it's being targeted. No reason to think upcoming results will disappoint, or is it being held back due its relatively high hedging status we have discussed?
Surprisingly the recent buyback announcement surpringly hasn't helped either..
