@bikemad - sure is about NST, and other aussie goldies by association, but the gold price appears to be stuck like glue to the rise and fall of the USD at the present time so most analysts are just sitting there waiting for their lead from Powell and trying to guess the likely direction of the US election (can't help but poke fun at their star candidates as even more fun than watching the three stooges in the ALP). Unfortunately it appears that the SP's of major aussie goldies are inextricably linked to these factors when analysts should be focused on the performance, profitability and future investment of these companies. The sooner gold can break away from the USD the better and hopefully that momentum is building.
