Your awareness of these issues and injustices is what causes you to feel this way. The reason these things don't affect most people (some to a point it becomes a mental health issue) to some degree is because they're unaware, wilfully or otherwise, you can control what you think about. They are not constantly angry or upset about it. The cliché ignorance is bliss..
I understand this isn't something you can just choose to ignore, since your brain clearly doesn't work that way and that you have a strong ability to sense injustice and unfairness. I was the same. My issues were caused by the fact that I'm forced to trade most of my time to the rich for scraps, while feeling like I don't have enough time to actually live a fulfilling life, or enough money to feel secure financially on anything more than a short term basis.
I'm sorry to say that you will need to find a solution that fits you. Else you are going to live a hard life. Not a fan of pharma either so the wife got me on some Mindfulness Techniques. These involve practices that help individuals focus on the present moment and develop a greater awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. These techniques can be used to cultivate a more calm and centred state of mind. Doesn't take long 10 mins a day is a good start… then comes the fun part of realisations. The financial part at least was a lie I kept telling myself. I'm doing great by most standards. I'm not sure what kind of yardstick I measured myself against but it was a sorry excuse of a workaholic.
After that it was like the flood gates where opened. I quit the other coping mechanisms and bad habits instilled over the years - cigars, tobacco and went easy on the alcohol. Got back on the guitar and music. I've learnt to truly enjoy being with my kids, extended family and friends. Quit my high paying contractor/consultancy role and focused on my love of the markets
I hope in some way or form that helps...
