Usually not but it is easy to sow doubt into a market when a lot of new hands have jumped into a stock. UBS's rationale is pretty weak for the downgrade. Even they acknowledge the heavy free cash flow well into FY26.
If I had to guess it would be ST and JF selling a bit more into the market... Personally I don't care its their shares.
