Yes and yet that post got tons of TUs.... it's irrational! Everyone knows (or as investors ought to know), that funds will often give opposite indicators to what they're actually doing so they can buy low; it's what they do! They look after their high net worth individuals first and then the retail laggards last. Suddenly when they've stopped buying low and want to let it run, they will issue an outlook/report to talk it up.
