Nothing wrong with leverage. If it is in your circle of competence, go for it.
I just prefer and in a position to hold a lot of cash. Not quite $10m but enough when good deals come along.

Agree. Nevertheless the demise of the USD is going to happen, it is normal part of how the world works. Tarnished most definitely. Historically you can position yourself for it. We know how the previous ones went, it should rhyme. UK Sterling, Spanish dollar, Ancient Greek Drachma... We need to change the Global Reserve currency every now and then. The current world order is not perfect (may not even happen in my lifetime), but it is what we have, right here right now. So I make the most of it.
