Your first paragraph is reasonable. The market loves photos of doré bars, SP should rise during first pour but what is going to keep it up there is boring consistent production. Plenty of value accretive events in NST over the next 5 years, the Hemi build is just one of them.
As for your second paragraph. I hope for 700koz per annum but realistically though... Read up on Boddington, Tanami and Cadia Australia's top 3 Tier 1 gold mines. Only Boddington can hit that kind of ounces a year... It took Boddington decades to get to that kinds of production.
For Hemi to get to Boddington kind of production in the next 5 years. Would be like pulling a rabbit out of a hat. I'm not saying it is not possible, I'm saying reign in expectations. Hemi in the top 5 of Tier 1 in Australia will be an amazing achievement in itself.
