Nobody answered my original HEMI question.
If the six month HEMI buyout process, was based upon getting environmental approvals passed, thereby risking counter take-over bids by Newmont, Agnico Eagle, BHP, etc, and then NST simply completes the deal, without any environmental approvals, then just what was the point of this takeover circus, just where is the logic?
Asking for a friend!
Also, what happens if the environmental guys at HEMI, find an albino three-legged, four-eyed skink, going through its evolutionary process, and they decide to shutdown HEMI for ten million years, as they don't want to stress the 'little critter'?
Also, asking for a friend!
