We did have a large sell of this month of June. Part of it is probably end of financial year rebalancing and part of it is gold price "weakness".
Now that the end of financial year is here the selling will probable abate but gold price weakness will be around till the next employment report. But gold stock is not the same as gold price though they usually trend together.
Here is the nst and gdx daily and weekly chart. Note how the gdx daily is outperforming the nst daily chart. gdx is not just outperforming nst but all the larger market cap goldies that I hold
