Today after 3 long years we are likely seeing the confirmation of a longer term bull market in gold stocks. Please not the word used is always may and likely as there is always a chance that the chart pattern can change.
First up the monthly gdx log chart showing we had just had a confirmation of a double bottom and is now being retested. Then the daily chart which gives a zoomed in picture of the breakout. And lastly the nst monthly chart as a comparison showing that it is performing better than the gdx which is filled with larger hard to move badly managed stocks

gdx just confirmed her daily cycle low which was printed 3 days ago; yesterday. This would likely mean another impulse run is here.
