The under-performance of NST price action continues, despite today's announcement. We should be between $11.50 to $12.00 if we compare against other goldies.
Last week I complained about NST not looking after the finer details specifically relating to TAM and TBR. This is announcement is extremely good, becuase its less about the benefits of the transaction but an indication the NST corporate governance is improving. Corporate governance is the most under appreciated factor driving share prices and often is a leading indicator to SP operformance.
This announcement is tiny BUT VERY TIDY..... Thumbs up to the board for dealing their rats n mice JV deals. All I want now is for the TBR debacle to be rectified.
Check out the under performance of the last month of NST..........if NST was able to perform to next bottom performing goldie on this chart, we would be 3% higher and closer to $11.50, if we performed to the biggest out-performer NST would be closer t0 $12.00
