"Nearology" is basically a concept for punters not investors. a line on a map linking Nova with another lease is just that, ie "a line on a map". (I think geos love drawing lines on maps). If I was punting on a nearby company I would look for similar bedrock geology similar soil geochemical anomalies similar geophysical anomalies eg conductors.
Companies which announce they are "planning work" have not increased their prospectivity. Its only real results that count. ps Every mine has a lot of barren ground around it too.
