I think we will have a very short-term relief rally and thats about it; risk remains to the downside, bond markets tell the story. Nice coincidence markets ran so hard on last day of quarter/financial year - markets rigged, of course not! Europe solving its debt problems with more debt and less strenuous conditions - good call, nothing has changed there, kicked the can down the road for a few more weeks/months. US market will need to tank hard before Ben steps in with QE3, not even close to that at present.
