No problems spid I can understand the caution, I read a few of jumpstarts posts, he was relentless. I'm not here for that. I don't post that often and I won't be spamming. I can't prove it but if you read some of my posts you should be able to tell I'm not him.
I haven't posted in the TLG threads because as you know they haven't suggested moving graphene production into their customers sites. This is specific to FGR.
I'm a graphene believer. I have owned TLG, FGR and PAK but currently don't own any of them. My declaration is that I've been burnt on PAK/IIM where WG was also a prominent figure. I started buying TLG from 12c after their initial graphene announcement and went through the period where WG heaped praise on TLG and then jumped ship and sold down TLG for an extended period. So you can understand that I don't put blind faith in everything he says.
My posts here aren't pro FGR but neither are they meant to be downramping. My question is genuine, I want to learn something. And other readers can learn too. I'm a mug punter with no background in manufacturing or science. But since the idea was floated a year ago it hasn't sat right with me as I cannot understand why any manufacturer would want to insource the process of making graphene. The 2 reasons offered up by FGR seem flimsy. I thought it would just evaporate as a brainfart. But this idea has gained prominence in their strategy. My concerns are simple as they are only based on common sense, nothing complicated. Its very possible I'm wrong and I welcome anyone putting holes into my theory that it can't work, I guess it should be simple to do. Putting aside your passion for FGR for a moment - how could this approach actually work? Please tell me how I'm wrong.
Ps. The biggest mistake I made on PAK was that I didn't give enough careful consideration to the doubts I had, some of which I posted. Instead I got lazy and considered it "in the bag."
