    If they are working on micro grids I would have as a guess it is to make all micro grids "standard", in case of emergencies like this years fires. Can call upon city or regional crews in an emergency.
    Both Western & Horizon are State Government owned.

    Horizon had large parts of their grid destroyed by fires this season around Harvey and Esperance.
