    EVG, near term producer in Dominican Republic (Dec 2011 with 65k au & 600k ag production targeted), also have exploration in Ecuador (planned production in 2012/2013) and Peru with good initial results.

    Good experienced mgmt with big skin in the game! (B. Johnson, former Portman Mining & Mt Gibson Iron, owns 14% and said he will have 19% by year end with options being exercised).

    Cash on hand approx. $4m plus $1m from option exercises. Debt funding already organized to complete construction of plant through Mac Bank.

    TSX listing planned for Sep 2011. Lots of shares on issue, but market cap is below $100m.
