Purchased some sunflower oil from Coles, it is very light, in colour and in thickness, but it will not deep fry, almost appears to be deep frying in water
Also purchased a bottle from WW different brand but very similar in texture and colour, likewise will not crisp up as in frying
So what is the best from the cooks here ????
