dwads thanks for your reply. I just gave them a ring and just about straight away the phone was answered by someone with knowledge. Every question answered straight off the cuff.

Thanks for the tip, doesn't seem like much to loose by giving them a go and if for the 2 or 3 times a year that custermers want to ring them that you don't get stuck on hold for hours then thats a plus.
