@redmenz I will do a bit of digging tonight, it's actually illegal to issue stock to friendly parties for purpose of voting control, especially if a S249D is pending

What upside do these lemmings even get ? Directors don't draw big salaries and all their friendly parties who got stock would be well underwater .... they can't even run a stock into the ground while making money themselves, the general MO of such a typical d-grade management team

So what ? They dilute the shell to death, raise a few $M and go prove up the junk in Sweden for a measly 10% sit ... how many asx listed stocks holding 10% or anything are worth anything ?

I requested a copy of the register from management and was refused ... if you aren't scared of getting the boot and confident shareholders back you, wouldn't you simply hand it over ?
