I am interested in Joshcar's comment in that Gary Helou might still be employed but not sure in what capacity. If employed in the usual advisory capacity then resistance to change might still prevail and the changes you allude to might not just take a long time but a very longtime. New board members will and should be carefully scrutinised as this is a big ship and will take some turning.

Agreeing to pay for something and then coming back and saying sorry we made a mistake.....you need to pay it back now but don't worry we will give you time..................madness IMO
