Cash flow for what ? $8 Million a year in Corporate & Staff Salaries alone, that is absurd amount of money. Most producers don't spend that much on corporate expense. Seems POS BOD coffee bills include more than coffee.

Reduce the board size, get rid of few staff or just put them on share based incentive else show them the door.
