If there isn't much interest from existing holders (we really need that over-subscription to be comfortable) in the subscription offerings, this scenario (or similar to) may very well eventuate. I will be keeping my eyes on discretionary director holdings as well, to ensure I know where "anticipated" holdings are sited!
One has to assume that this $7M isn't coming without some knowledge of what the future of BLT technology has in store. Buckle up... Its going to be a bumpy ride ahead!
