Hi Hoy, Long time being busy(frustrated) getting the blind thingo started...
My best case scenario is for the board to say they have worked out the absolute minimum amount to get your early proof in humans. I think they were talking 14 patients in serious trouble PhI/II. 14 injections!
Management and board should back their judgement and punt on sufficient success being certain. Then they impress you & me to join in a '13-'14 SPP/CR, whatever, to carry us on through success after success. I'm suggesting sub $1M is what they need now. But I've never fought with FDA & Duke Uni to run a small trial. I'd be surprised if Duke demand instant payment, but .....Cheers, Japes ( an old small business entrepreneur)
