given what happened to AMD shareholders after all their patience (now private uniQure) and BLT holders with TT-033 fire sale to ex-ceo Sara-Carter-Cunningham-Halls then private Tacere, the worst case scenario you describe Hoyland is always one to watch. but i think from management's message it's us LT shareholders they are grateful to and acknowledge our patience deserves fair reward (whilst accommodating new bigger investors).
the plan being a larger pie so plenty can go around.
