I still see Tiof being commercial, wpl comments I believe relate to the fact that the entire resource would be difficult to extract but that small pockets will be targeted so as to recover the easiest and cheapest portions. These "portions" are still likely to run in to the 100+ mbls.
The jury is still out on Simon Potter. I don't think that simply being required to fall into line behind wpl in terms of making announcements isn't anything other than what any major partner would require. I am much more comfortable with wpl running the show than if hdr were going it alone for the 1st time (keeping in mind the number of staff required to do this and the availbility of skilled and experienced workers). This experience will provide hdr with invaluable experience for future developments that they may wish to do themselves.
