Don't agree Daman!

Philippines has its militia problems in some areas but they are certainly not everywhere and can never be everywhere!!!

There is a lot of local government opposition but the "federal" government supports and is encouraging foreign mining.

Besides I was responding to your full statement:

"Philippines don;t have much land to mine, and plus the places that may have minerals are also politically/environmentally unsafe."

Your saying there isn't much mineral rich areas in that statement. Nothing further from the truth. Philippines very rich in minerals!!
