    Melon with crab or lobster:

    Arrange the following of serving plates:
    1.5 cups chilled melon.
    ¾ white crab meat or lobster.
    ½ chopped preserved lemon.
    ½ diced shallot.

    And dress with ‘some’ of the following:
    Basil.
    Sauce.
    Lime juice.
    Smoked tobacco.
    Vodka.
    Xo.
